Hey Blog Followers! For those of you that read yesterday's post on the Mermaid Inn, I hypothesized as to why diners received free dessert at the Mermaid Inn. I thought it may be a rare occurrence, due to the absence of a pastry chef, or something they do occasionally to leave you feeling extra satisfied about your experience.
I have been tweeting with a woman named Heidi, food enthusiast and UWS Mermaid Inn employee. She informed me that the Mermaid Inn does not have a dessert menu, and that you always get complimentary pudding.
Well, that really sweetens the deal, now doesn't it? When you look at the prices of the entrees, remember that free dessert is on its way!
